I’m a YA writer and voracious reader of historical fiction, mysteries, and gothic horror. I love the rustle of satin and samite, dangerous secrets, and fresh (or not so fresh) corpses. My YA historical mystery, BURY THE DEAD, features a headstrong teenage noblewoman who joins forces with a peace-loving monk to hunt down a killer. My YA horror novel, THE EDGE OF DARK WATER, focuses on two grieving teens who attempt to destroy a swamp-dwelling monstrosity that feeds on dark emotions. I live in Holt, MI, with my husband and two beautiful sons.
